Project Overview

Craven Scaffolding designed and installed a 9-lift roof scaffold to a very popular Mount apartments in Fleetwood. Unfortunately, the building suffered a major fire which caused severe damage to the roof. With the roof open to the elements and the efforts from the local fire brigade to suppress the fire, the building was in need of some major refurbishment from inside out.  The scaffold included full weather protection, allowing roofing works to continue safely and without disruption from the elements.

Scope of Works

The scaffold provided a safe and fully accessible working platform for a complete re-roofing project. The structure was erected to allow contractors clear access to all roof areas while maintaining safety for residents and the public below.

The Solution

A robust roof scaffold was installed with integrated weather protection to shield the working area from wind and rain. The system was designed to remain stable and secure throughout the duration of the project, supporting continuous roofing works.
